before another seller gets mauled, remember he's selling two forks with, a chris king headset and other stuff - then shipping it from Finland (?) included in the cost.
I'm not saying it all adds up (cos I don't know what this should go for). But the wolves should factor that in first (someone do the maths)

I've also owned a Falcon Olympic frame in the past. After some digging I found my particular model was made from 531 standard gauge tubing. But mine had some fancy lugs on it different from the above. From what I remember the olympic was a mid-range bike made under better models such as the san remo.

You've got yourself an excellent deal for 20 quid no doubt. Nice frame with a rag-tag mix up of parts which don't look too glamorous.
May I suggest one thing, however, the frame doesn't need repainting. In fact, it's the best feature of the bike. Lovely colour scheme and doesn't look too damaged - a good clean and it would look great. Also, I've repainted frames myself in the past (I presume you plant to rattle can it?) and it turns our surprisingly expensive, takes a lot of time and effort to do properly and after all that is usually soft and prone too chipping. Just my opinion of course.

It looked like a legitimate and legal headbutt to me. And the race organisers can't drop cav from the tour, he's the star attraction the world over.
