I've been sticking to eating the amount that's worked before to lose weight, so not eating any more than usual. I'm not running at a calorie deficit, but cutting out carbs worked fantastically before a summer or travelling and eating shit.
Also, only calling it jogging because my running pace is probably really a jogging pace.

So, off to uni soon so clearing out some stuff that isn't getting any use. Here we go.
All prices not including postage, based in Manchester, dibs then PM, first with the cash gets the bits.
- 7600 Dura-Ace 36H hubs. - SOLD
The rear drive side bearing surface is screwed, as is the cone, the non-drive side is fine and the front hub is still spinning like new. Both have been laced up for the princely time of around three months, however realised loose balls aren't for me. Effectively front hub for sale with the rear free for spares like axle/cones. Both hubs complete with dust seals and all the gubbins attached.
- Super record 27.2 fluted seatpost - £20
Pretty scratched up but bought it polished and it's rather shiny. Could do with some assembly paste to keep it in place but to be honest I put the post slippage down to a slightly dodgy seatpost binder rather than the post.
- Wellgo pedals with XL NJS toe straps and MKS white leather straps - £20 - £18
Pedals are spinning absolutely fine, just not getting on with it and going back to clipless.
- 58cm steel road frame - SOLD
Bit reluctant to part with this, first bike my old boss brazed up, not sure on the tubing, 58cm seat tube, 55cm top tube, powdercoated green, doesn't include forks. Takes either 27/27.2 seatpost, 1" steerer, 8cm headtube. Could do with some reaming/facing post powdercoat.
- Oxford Rear Panniers - £20 - £18
Used them for half LEJOG, use saddlebags now, bit battered but working fine.
- 7600 Dura-Ace 36H hubs. - SOLD

So, sadly having to part with this gorgeous bit of kit. To be honest, I realised it's probably FAR too nice for what I'm planning on doing with it, generally touring and light road riding and Ultegra is probably the way to go, so here it is. Bought it from the forum a while ago for £550, so selling again after light use without bottom bracket/chain for £450.

-11-28 DA cassetteAll in damn good nick, shifting and working like a dream. I'll be back in London on Tuesday, looking for pickup to be honest, not really looking to post. Either that, or I'm back in Manchester on the 4th September so then is also good for pickup. Anyhow, here's some pics, just click with the album for more, cassette not pictured but in fab condition.

So, mine has packed up and I'm looking for a new one.
Preferably something similar to this - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0037XRAKK/ref=as_li_ss_tl?tag=independen057-21&ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=19450&creativeASIN=B0037XRAKK&linkCode=as2
Electric, good for all round dressmaking/buttonholes and also if possible can cope with heavier duty fabrics, budget is around £100 but can stretch.

We're doing a spot of filming for a history project at uni, we've got a DSLR to film on, we just need a microphone to record some decent sound on.
If you've got one and would let us borrow it, that'd be grand, we'll obviously throw a couple of beers your way and treat it like we would a small, fragile baby.
