My earlier comments on Pretorius taking themselves too seriously weren't meant as any sort of dig by the way... Any faster-paced club runs always take on that wannabe-pro vibe, and I'm guilty of it myself.
Good to see there's a club available for East London that sets out on good strong rides!
^ And yes, the kit is decent. A lot better than most of the lairy club kits out there. -

I have a pretty tight chest and rolled shoulders (I stand up straight, but my shoulders just tend to come forward a bit), which means I'm really 'elbows out' when riding. Y'know, the Chris Horner look.
Can any recommended stretches / positions to try to sort it out a bit? Have done some googling but it's a bit of a minefield.

^ I crossed paths with a Pretorius club run today.... Must have been about 20 of them; almost too many for Essex's little lanes.
What's the deal with their shop then? Wasn't aware of it til I got home and googled it. See!s to be a custom build place?
They were taking themselves very seriously I thought. But not as seriously as me of course.

^ I'm not a premium member.
I just went back and looked at the ride and it's showing up as normal (i.e., old style), but when I'd just uploaded it, it came up in the jazzy new format. Maybe it's some kind of soft launch.
If you take a look around your profile, there's links everywhere saying 'preview the new ride page' - it's to do with that

The page where you see all the details of your ride has been revamped. Looks good, lot more info. Apparently they've done something to the segments bit, but my ride was just a turbo session so don't know what it is yet.
Think it only works on newly-uploaded rides rather than backdating all the old stuff.

^ Just have a shot of brandy whenever you have a Gregg's mince pice. Simples.
