@fredtc is correct, there are front and rear mudguard mounts. You may have to get creative around the seatstays though, as there is no bridge. Bowman makes a removable seatstay bridge for the Pilgrims that may be adaptable.

It was the polished lugs that sold me, I haven't found another frame like it. But with two other road bikes, I just can't justify keeping it!
