Dose any one know of any solutions for my clearance for mudguard issue on the Peugeot above?

to have full mudguards and 32c tyres

Here is a mock up of my new Peugeot Ventoux frame, its going to be a SS/fixed commuter

But, rather annoying but, I was hoping to put 32c tyres and full mudguards, but doesn't seem likely...

i need those levers! need to swap them for the white ones i have at the moment

i had a wheel just like that, different tyre though, took me like 4 months to sell it, only got 45 posted for it, wasn't happy

My wants and needs...

-52cm or 53cm, maaaybe 54cm
-top tube no longer than 54, preferably shorter
-nothing to fancy, don't want to ruin a nice frame
-room for at least 28c tyres, more room the better
