Sounds rubbish. Going to a pub you're not sure you really want to go to that's miles away from where you want to be, because no-one could agree on where they were going tonight, with nothing but idiots from the internet for company, is clearly a much better way to spend your evening.
Haha, you’re right, let me just text my friends and let them know there’s a change of plan.
Sounds amazing. Are there any moving objects near by that you could fall over though?!
I’ll be dancing, I won’t need any assistance in falling over. Actually, I haven’t fallen over for 3 whole days, I hope that doesn’t mean I’m a grown up sensible person now...
Happy birthday!
Thanks :)
wheres our invite?!
No problem, meet here at 7pm: www.theoldforge.co.uk

In for the 28th! I've put my name down to marshal at the Big Ride, so some noodles afterwards would be lovely:
- Poots.
- Bernie
- hats
In other news, the likelihood of me being able to do the ride and run is diminishing, and I may end up just doing the run. In which case I'd be happy to take as many brushes/bags/etc as I can carry on the train to Oxford in the morning, and we can leave them at FOB's bike watch and brush emporium.
- Poots.

Great news Bernie! We’ve got just over 3 weeks to go so I’m sure we can raise a really good amount for such a good cause.
Don’t forget, if anyone would like me to add their name to the JustGiving page, just drop me a line and I’ll do it.
Meeting up at SE’s on the 1st (or the 8th) might be a bit more complicated as SE’s is on the move and won’t be at the Roebuck. Maybe we should choose another date/venue?

you don't work at shelter on old street then do you? saw a cyclist type going in there the other morning and thought he looked a bit forumenger like.
Yep. That wasn’t me though (I’m not a he). Not sure who that could have been, I see the same bikes in the bike shed every day but wouldn’t be able to identify their owners.
You couldve worked with aadopted kids and i would have asked if you could adopt me too being out soon
You did call me “mum” quite a few times, maybe it was a subconscious thing.

You can choose rounders as a specialist sport?!?
Turns out that softball is pretty similar to rounders. The rules were explained but I was having a bit of a daydream and missed them – what I can work out is that you whack the ball as hard as you can and then run until someone who knows the rules tells you to stop. When you’re fielding you get to wear a big glove and it is faintly amusing to see if you can fit your face in the glove.
It was actually reasonably fun, in as much as hitting things and throwing things tends to be fun. I wouldn’t call it a sport though...
Lots of fun at VLM today. Cheered and clapped so much my throat and hands hurt.
Gave an extra big cheer to Mrs *m.f but I don't think she saw me. Hope she got the time she wanted!
Feel very inspired to go for a run now but very tired from working the expo/race double whammy... maybe tomorrow...
