Everyone seems to be making it too easy today!!

I have an Owayo jersey, I haven't washed it much (because it's new, not because I'm filthy!!) so can't say how it lasts, but it seems good quality - sorry, that's not much help!! Fit-wise, it's not the best, I think I might have to do a bit of sewing to make mine fit properly. But that's just me, I think I have weird proportions.

I'd also be happy to pay a deposit, and I think samples is an excellent idea.

Cool, that’ll make me feel less bad about buying yet another bike part that I’m not going to use :) I got put off by the instructions, which said something along the lines of “only use these brakes if you know how they work”, and I just thought there’s not a chance in hell of me figuring out how they work, I haven’t really got my head around v brakes yet...

I had a bike fit recently and my saddle also got moved down. It feels a bit weird but not too odd. But if it doesn't work for you, then it doesn't work - what might be right according to "the rules" isn't necessarily going to be right for you.

I've kept it really high on the other bike mainly because I need the space to fit my saddlebag, I do think I'm rocking a little bit with it that high but it doesn't matter as I never go very far on that bike...

My bike fit was a couple of weeks ago, and I was told to ride 200 miles then go back to check it's all good (however I've got such horrendous wrist pain now that I can't bear going anywhere near my road bike... completely counterproductive as I'll never get the fit right if I never ride the bike). I'm sure whoever you went to would be happy for you to go back and make some adjustments. If it's not working for you then it's not the right fit.

Ha! No, i wish - would have been cheaper! I haz a 20 quid claud butler mtb but must have spent about 100 on it to get it road worthy. Didnt even end up riding it this eve :-( Fucking canti brakes.

Canti brakes are balls. I bought some, took them out of the packet, looked at them, then put them back in the packet, where they will stay for the rest of eternity. That's a tenner well spent.
