I really like that build, but just have a thing about wood in general really. Always loved wood wheels and now I think I have a frame that might do a set justice - plus ghisallo rims are Italian, perfect for this steed! Thought about the grips but for the priests but I want the tape to head just round the curve a bit.

Cheers guys. I'm just deciding on some new hubs/rims at the moment. Might keep the teak velocity but lace them to a classic silver hub/silver spokes. Even considering some real wooden rims from ghisalo. But a bit concerned about performance. (not that I'm going to be racing it or anything though)

Frame has a rear brake drilled so decided to go with 2 brakes-just received some campag deltas this morning so I'm pretty excited how it's coming along!

I'm 6ft3 and have a 58cm Alu Langster with a 130mm stem - have the seatpost quite far out too (280mm) - I'd probably be better with a 60cm really. You would probably be okay with the one above I would imagine - it's the biggest one they do anyway I think!

I have attached some photos of our planet - x track hub, I believe this is the one that your customer is saying you have sent him in error.

As you can see the Rear Hub is different to the one Miche supplied you. I was confused about the missing stickers however you have clarified that for us by confirming you removed them.

The shade of gold is slightly different, however it is completely different to our own track hub. This will most likely be due to Miche's paint finish. our own track hub is machined completely different to the one you have as well, there is a grove running around the threads which is not present on the miche hubs.

Have only 1 fixed thread, where the hubs I sold to you have fixed/fixed.

Anyway, I have just spoken to planet x and sent them a follow up email with links to this thread so they can help sort this out.
