Just interestesd why the first priority for your URL is SEO?
The way SEO is calculted has changed and these days it's more about the quality of links and reference to your site. IE get people to quote you and link back to you.
Little improvement will occur by having a key word in the url.
Definately not much compared to keyword optimisation in the the page title or even the body copy.
Also the desciption of your URL in the metadata ( description when you search on google )is just as important and you can easily insert key words here.
Obviouly dont go over board with the keywords as that will be flagged by google and your page will suffer, also you dont want the tone of the copy to suffer by insert too many keywords.

Worn once they are in in perferct condition.
Bought last year - I knew they were too big for me straight away but i promptly lost them!
Horaah they are now found, but I think returning an item after a year wont go down well...
Apparently the rrp is £80, I got them on sale for £50, looking for £35.
I can meet in Belisize Park or Farringdon.
Thanks,

Tektro brakes are a good buy. Get some decent dual pivot brakes and some kool stop pads, it will make a massive difference. I just did this for my winter bike to help deal with braking in the rain.
+1 for bike kitchen - very good for fixing old bikes however if you need new parts it might be better trying somewhere like http://www.thehackneypeddler.co.uk/ they deal with old bikes but have got more stock, nothing a quick call wont answer.
Regarding the issue of break lever positioning - they are in a normal position for a race bike but it sounds like you're using it as a town bike, so your riding will be in a more upright position.
If you can't get the brakes into a position that you are comfortable with it could be worth looking at getting a shorter stem.

Short term I have swapped to the wider casette I had lying around and I have picked up a 50t chainring for £20, new off ebay.
This has put the out goings for winter only at £2o.
I tested the winter bike out on Sunday, which ironically didn't turn into much of a winter test as the weather was great.
I put 100k solo ride in and having a 50t instead of a 53t made almost no difference.
Missed the big gears a little on the down hills but a few seconds in 4 hours of riding I can cope with.
However I didnt't really try my luck on any real big hills, I think taking it to something like Toys hill will really be a good test and after that I will know if the wider casette cuts the mustard or if I need to go to a compact for the winter. -
that would do my nut in..
All my different cranks are on different bikes so that probably comes into it too but:
165 good for spinning, bad out of saddle
170 I seem to engage my core best and center on the strongest parts of my stroke
172.5 -Slightly less engaged core but getting out the saddle kicks ass.

I'm not confused, you're confused ;-) as I said it's all about the quality of your links.. You get the bbc to link to you and all that keywords in your URL stuff is small fry...
