Prosthesis - for what? :P
Good question.. It doesn't necessarily replace, but could be seen as Substituting. I'm curious as to how people feel thy relate to their bikes, there's a lot of relevant (I hope) work on prosthetic technologies, and I want to see of those theories apply to polo. Plus, I'd rather work on te court in between throwins than in the library :)
Anyway in for 7-8ish -

Twas just meant as a flippant suggestion rather than anything with serious weight.
I think it's a point, but Peckham does have a certain Je Ne sais quois.. The orange light.. The screech of sirens.. The imposing Collumns.. The manky corners and the waft of piss..
Maybe next Tuesday (weather permitting) we should do it so we can move things there..?
Taste of life outside Peckham? -

Ok not sure if this is the right place, but I went to a local park on Saturday and had my first beginners session with my 8 year old.
He's not going to be allowed to come to Peckham on Tuesday's (unless we start early!) , but I expect we'll be along to north London beginners fairly soon[*]! :)
Epic!! Future polo superhero!

Is that an apple wrapped up in masking tape??
How long did it last...??
Naah it was your ball, you know the one that split in half during throwins with the Italians at newt? Superglue and insulation tape, worked wonders and lasted for the whole evening.
Wicksie I think I may be there tonight (although maybe not) and I could pass them on to him, as well as drop some around uni.. After all, goldsmiths is so close would be good to get some attendees

I would carry on the list but I am shite at remembering names..
edit: woops didn't mean to repost. And if this sounds desperate, it kinda is, feeling like the peckham love is dissipating, in need of some serious revival
