Me neither... too busy here.
Something else: What do our parts specialists think of this one?

@metriod: Hey, sounds good, where and when exactly? Though I got no bike, no mallet in Vienna and even no unbelievable polo skills (yet) ;) But I'd like to come around...

Hi guys, following this NE beginners discussion. I have no idea about what's going on or what has to be done to get this going. But if you need a volunteer for doing ... what? I could. I live just 5mins away from the Fields.
Re the day/time: Maybe you guys also ask the people who are interested? I generally prefer weekday evenings, but if there's only light during the day, Sat morning could also work for me, maybe not all the time.
But as I said... I have no idea ;) -
I'm actually interested in that NE beginners thing...
By the way I was in Cambridge at the weekend, snapping a bit at that 24hrs tourney, not playing though. Maybe you want to flick through a few of my pics...
Will not be in Peckham this and next week - business back home... -
Hmm... was real fun for me too. Thanks for accepting my snapping there ;) But I think at my next tourney I'm gonna be on the bike, as much as I enjoy that camera work...
There are a few of the best in that Flickr set... Actually there are (many, many) more, so if you are searching for a specific scene/portrait of you in action/photos for some fancy bike magazine/blog etc. just ask! Enjoy... -
Hey guys, do you mind if I come join you for a few hours just taking photos tomorrow? Would put some up on Flickr afterwards like after the BFF tourney.
I joined the Peckham beginners recently, but don't feel like playing tournament yet. Also I have no polo bike yet - but working on it ;) -

FSA 120mm 17deg stem, brand new, just fitted and taken off£5
I'll get some photos up tonight or tomorrow but everything looks like you'd imagine. Thanks Sandy! I'm interested in this stem and the pedals sound also interesting. How can we meet? You're in Hackney? Good for me!

I'm building a polo bike. Got an old mountain bike frame (and bits) and I'm just de-rusting it... Now I want to use mostly 2nd hand bits and pieces. Maybe you can help me / and/or have some of the missing bits somewhere in your garage and not using them anymore - for a few quid...? I know, there's 56a, will go there as well, but want to see what I can get before. Here my list:
1st of all:
Set of 26'' wheels + tubes + tires
Crankset - maybe a new one? What do you recommend - without having to spend a fortune? And also:
sprockets/freewheel dep. on wheel
stem
short, straight handlebar & grips
bmx-pedals
chain
(brake) cables -
