Cheers fellow fort folks,
I´ve gotten my hands on a beautiful Fort track 7005 frame in the same colour sheme like the one mick posted before.
Unfortunately, the seller has measured the frame size wrong. He told me, that the frame would be 57 c-c, but it´s 53 c-c / 57 c-t. I haven´t built it up yet and I am worried, that it might be a tad too small for me. What size do you ride / how tall are you?
Thank you for your answers

For sale there´s a Vitus 979 lightweight alloy frameset including alloy fork and Bador Competition headset.
Please have a look at the photos at http://s64.photobucket.com/albums/h191/cor3xx/Vitus%20979/
**Password **vitus979
The top tube looks slightly bent. Because of 'non-sureness' I am selling the frame as broken!
The pre-owner wasn´t able to tell me if this frame had a crash or not, because it was his sons bike. He left it in the cellar after moving out to collect dust for about 10 years. There are no signs of stress which can be seen with the bare eye on the top- and downtube, but I wouldn´t suggest to get adventurous on the frame. Unfortunately the bottle cage screw threads seem dead, the screws turn without coming out of the frame. The fork though looks very nice - after an accurate inspection it seems true. Also the headset (Bador Competition) is in nice nick, rolls smoothly - and the dirt, which can be seen on the pictures, goes off well. So I would say, this frameset might be interesting for someone who owns a 979 and is after a fork / headset / a spare set of lugs / the rear end / chainstays etc.
I would like to suggest 70GBP for the frameset including fork and headset. Please let me know if you think that might me too steep. The frameset is located in Austria / Graz, viewing and picking up the set is possible, postal costs for the set to UK are 25GBP.
If no one is interested in the set I might also consider splitting the set later that month, which would result in cheaper postal costs.
Thank you for reading

@ schnitter, what were all those unbranded(?) track frames like in the original sale, did you see them?
(I guess they were Diamant track frames for training purpose.) Answered at the same time, sorry.

Ok , The moser sticker looks like how Columbus makes stickers for framebuilders who has their own tubing made by them.
Example: Richard Sachs.
Frame seems to be mid 80s.
Found a site with a whole lot of different Mosers over the years. The first one fits what you have.

S/F,
CEYA!Thank you for your help! I wasn´t able to find the exact same frame on the site. The second frame looks alike, but has internal cable routing and a mount for a front derailleur. I will have to keep looking, I knew mid 80´s before, but I can´t sit calm until I find a year and more info on the frame.

Hello there,
I´ve been lurking around the internet for some time now in search of Moser catalogues, to find out which year my beautiful Moser is from. The last owner told me, that the frameset has been ridden by claudio bortolotto at a late 70s giro d´ italia - but after a little giro & team research (http://www.cyclingarchives.com/index.php) and online photo investigation (http://www.sirotti.it/) I wasn´t able to find bortolotto on this frame.
The only Moser catalogue I found was on bulgier (http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/moser/) - also no hint in terms of the age of my frame.Seems like the seller was talking gibberish.
So, to get to the point, could anyone tell me which year my Moser is from? Would you say, it´s a team frame or, more likely, a retail model?
The BB shell says 55 S3S or 55 SBS / 55 is also the frame size.
According to the 1978 decal and the 51.151 it should be built after 1984 - but from that point on I am in need of your help, thank you in advance.
