It's pretty clear from vinces comparison that these are fake. Helios may not have known that they were fake when he bought them but the point is he has created a miss leading ad. The responsibility lies with him imo. He should just acknowledge that these are fake and adjust the ad accordingly instead acting like an infant.
It also means he may have been ripped off too purchasing the forks from this very same forum.
