I was off on Thursday so as the sun was out I went out . The ice cold win soon curtailled my attempted milege to that of around 30 miles . 10 of those were on the hillingdon road race circuit.
I went out again on friday. wasnt as cold only managed 15 .

I Find the winter mileage really hard at the moment .
My plan of being able to do 100 + miles by march isnt happening .

Yeah 1cm in HT doesn't matter on a cheap frame - and today they have corrected it on the FXE geometry chart, as well with the incorrect TT length.

LOL - Terry should go to the pub a little less/little more. I just got the FXE 54 with a headtube of 14cm and 55TT (those measurements does't exist in the geometry table for FXE in any of the sizes).

Rule #45
A maximum stack height of 2cm is allowed below the stem and a single 5mm spacer must always – always – be stacked above. A “slammed down” stack height is preferable; meaning that the stem is positioned directly on the top race of the headset.

Am I seeing things Dammit, or is there a spacer under that stem you could remove?

Or would that cause some interference between stem & headtube?

Thinking up a new project to be ready in time for summer. Or before Iain rides his Seta if I feel like taking a bit longer.

I'm looking to compile a list of carbon forks with 30mm rake, possibly 35mm maximum. So far I know Alpina, Tifosi and Dodici are viable options. Any more suggestions? Preferably coming in at a cheaper price point than those.

The Storck Fenomalist fork is 33mm rake I believe.
