I'm selling my Nikon D3.

It's never been dropped or wet etc. - there's nothing wrong with it.

Cosmetically, it's good. There are some small scuffs on the baseplate and a paint rub on one edge (the bottom when the camera is held in portrait), shown in photos 4 and 5.

It has 81,709 shutter actuations and comes with the original box/leads/Nikon MH-21 quick charger and three batteries (two new third party ones; original Nikon one is worn).

Most of my work is architectural and my personal work landscape, so it's had a gentle life!

I'd like £800 + postage.

Anyone squeezed in some 700x32c or is 28 my limit? Thinking of getting my vig muddy this weekend. Found some inconclusive threads.

Original vig with the external headset could fit 32c front and rear. I managed 32c rear, 30c front on my histo so imagine the new vig is the same. Too big to clear a brake though.

Yes, D3 is on the list for beginning of next year (when, hopefully, all the rich fucks have bought themselves D4's for christmas, thus selling their old bodies, and I can score a good one for less than 1k).
