well i might not look quite as cool anymore but there is a certain lady thats finding me totally irresistible since i started to smell better. ;-)

thanks for all the great comments guy's, this weekend will be my first weekend smoke free in 10 years! oh and my bike build is finished too so im going for a ride init . . .

hehehe yes all that although ive only got a spare £12 towards bike bits so far ;-)

ok nothing really to do with cycling but im chuffed as ive not smoked on just over 60 hours and my teeth are getting shiny again,my breath smells nicer,im sleeping better,i have more cash to spend on bike stuff and i can already feel extra energy!

:-) thanks for your input guy's life is way too short, im gonna bite the bullet and get another chain.And I had come so far too! the chain was the last bit! so im sat looking at a 99% finished build minus chain grrrr hahahaha we live and we learn . . . .

i took delivery of my nice new chain, i had to take a few links out but ive gone and pushed a rivet all the way out! is there any tricks to get it back in? or do i have to bite the bullet and get another chain? really pissed off with myself grrr

guy is having problems with some studio monitors (yamaha ns10m) he's connected directly to them from the mixing console and is wondering why he's not getting any sound ....
