Went last week, probably the best pizza you're going to get around there. Only had the pizza so can't vouch for anything else. Good bases: crust was soft and light.

I wouldn't recommend any serious riding on the rear, given the wear, but would be fine on a turbo.

The front ceramic bearings were replaced relatively recently. The rear are starting to get slightly gritty, so may need changing soon. Both wheels spin true.

Yep, still here. It's a 700c wheel. The freehub fits a 9 or 10 speed Campagnolo cassette.
