think this might be the thread - only our main offices are returning people to work but the smaller depots like where I am based I'm not too sure so WFH will continue for the foreseeable - been agreed i can do 3 days when its BAU
but a question on home setup I've got my laptop and a 27" monitor which is currently connected via HDMI cable I'm thinking to purchase my own 2nd monitor then i can run dual monitor without needing the laptop open - is this possible - I'm thinking a DP cable is what I need (laptop has a mini DP)
will this also work with just 1 screen? -

Yes for mortgage finance reasons. Not necessary to be on title deeds - will that make a difference?
I think the mortgage market may have changed as I was told there is some where it didn’t affect ftb incentives.
The only way round is declaring it as a home then renting but you’ll need to inform the mortgage company and very unlikely they would like that. I know on my current mortgage that was what was hinted.
Obvs if they buy something now they won’t be affected by stamp duty but still

I have a query so wondering if anyone has been in this situation before.
Person B looking at getting a property and rent out. B2L quite possibly and will be classed as a FTB
They’re looking to do with Person A (relative) who is a homeowner
Is there anything they need to also take into consideration? From what I’ve read this will be a second home for person A(?)
The rental income will need to be declared and tax paid on it via SAR(?)

It has said that at times you feel that BC and HB/NHBC are in cahoots so dangle a carrot sign away to get the property finish.
I dont know which of the developers are bad but we are seeing an increase of development here in the midlands and surrounding.
and if you do proceed make sure everything works - a relative of new is renting a new build and somehow they managed to forget connecting up the inbuilt fridge/freezer

your right JT is where you both own the whole properoty and TIC means you own a specified share, so if its 50:50 you could state that, so that you can leave your share to any beneficiaries
i would be inclined to find out the snagging process as that will be the most common issue you will have ultimately and check what is and isnt covered by the NHBC Warranty -

About 18 months old and have rarely used it to be fair with you. Seen about 3-4months usage when I move houses
Just haven’t had the motivation to jump on a turbo and ride
No issues on last usage. It should be up to date with the latest firmware when last on
Looking for £360. I’m in Birmingham so postage is An option. I do come London as my family are still there So small amount or whatever towards the journey is all I ask
