all bungee's going in the bin when i get home tonight

this happens a lot on the cycling contraflows around here - a lot of cyclists riding in the direction of motor traffic on the cycle lane, against the flow of cyclists.
presumably they can see that it's a cycle lane but don't understand how arrows work?

a lot of time they seem to be 'people on bikes' or deliveroodboyz rather than 'cyclists'

swapped the flat bars from my out of service MTB onto my sscx.

as far as i'm aware, you can spend the voucher on components, it doesn't have to be a full bike (unless that's changed as well??)

for clarity, i'm talking about evans own 'ride-to-work' scheme, which may differ slightly to other cycle schemes.

slight change of topic - our work cycle scheme is through evans, and i was told by a colleague recently that he wasn't allowed to top up his voucher when he went to pick up a new bike.

evans have always allowed me to do this in the past. (£1000 voucher, then add £500 cash etc)
can any current evans employees shed any light?

thanks. I've ordered some 46cm 3t ernova bars which have a 6deg flare.
hopefully that'll be enough room for the shifters.
size wise I think the bag will be ok as I don't carry a great deal of stuff but if it doesn't work out it'll give me a better idea on what I need before I order something custom

I went with the theory that it's better to set the ebb in the 'upper' position, as it is less likely to rotate and slacken the chain with forward pressure from pedaling force than if it is set in the lower position.
