Thanks for the tips, if SLR I can probably borrow my dad's Nikon FE10 and be right back where I started. Always had a thing for rangefinders though, and love using the (digital) X100. Will look nationally (Norway) for a Hexar (one just sold a few days ago).

Don't know that I really need a 35mm film camera, I have just got a 4x5 Bender view camera. I can't put it to use just yet, though. Need a proper tripod and some better weather, and so I was thinking of experimenting with film in a less expensive format first (have been using digital for the last 10 years or so)

Considered it, but I want a proper viewfinder.

Anyone have a Contax G1/2, T2, Konica Hexar (AF)/RF, Nikon L35AF or similar for sale? PM if yes!

Two front wheels, clincher.

1. Mavic MA40 to Suntour Superbe Pro
   
2. Ambrosio Elite to (some) Campagnolo
   Both smooth.
   Rear wheel, clincher
   
3. Campagnolo Omega Strada to Dura-Ace 7400. Super smooth, only wear mark is a scratch in the hardox running around the whole brake surface on the left hand side.
   Wheelset, tub
   
4. White industries to Mavic CX18. Smooth but brake surface somewhat worn, lots of life left. Vittoria Pavé 27mm tub.
   
5. White industries to Mavic GP4. Freehub body is cracked, so the 9-speed cassette is glued on there. Life left in it, but you're stuck with 12-21.
   
   

I can vouch for the Somas, they are awesome if you need short-reach bars.

This is awesome! Think I have to light up my road bike with some colourful tape come spring.

Steel SSMTB. The functional bits are: no-brand black plastic 60 mm mudguards (front is a rear cut short and mounted with DIY bracket to lower it), Schwalbe Rocket Ron's (2.1"), front alu platform carrier which in that picture is carrying my bag (I guess you would call it a satchel) and a lock strapped down with bungee cords.
