Every single morning I come into the office, wake my Mac mini from sleep and one of the monitors in my (non-Apple) dual screen setup is not recognised.
Sometimes putting the machine to sleep and then waking it again resolves the issues, sometimes a full reboot is required, very occasionally I have to unplug and re-plug the cables along with a reboot. It's never the same monitor nor the same port, I've tried different cables and that didn't change anything.

@edscoble I remember you had a particular favourite model of pads - could you please remind me? The ones that came with my Spyres are now totally dead.

On a different note, my 26" hardtail is running 2.5" Maxxis High Roller tyres
front and rear (these were on it when I bought it). I've only been riding the
trails around Epping so far but on the less technical stuff my cross bike with
40c tyres is waaaay faster and significantly less effort. The MTB is way more
fun, but it's so slowwww on flat stretches (especially tarmac, grass, gravel,
fire roads, etc.) and even mild climbs are a killer.Any advice for me? Would I benefit from a different tyre setup? I'm currently
exercising HTFU but I wouldn't mind making my life a little easier. -
Haha, hello! That was @spotter and I. It was a pleasant surprise to see a forum cap on a trail in the middle of the woods. Nice skid!
