Hi I live in Yarm and am looking for a track bike for under £300.Anyone got anything to sell?
Hey, hardly doubt you'll get anything from someone in the area. Your best bet is to probably scour the forums classifieds and also ebay for parts and build something up. There is a guy up there ^ a few posts back who mentioned a bike shop that does track stuff so you could give him a call.
Let us know when you've got something together and we could organize a ride?

Today I had a spare hour so rode a favourite 14mile loop from my house, through the local villages and back. Some huge hills which I usually blast up on my roadie, were near impossible as I was struggling to get pedal turns. But nether the less I had a really good ride. One thing I noticed was the huge amount of rode vibration, not used to steel forks you see.

This barn skeleton seems to get more warped every time I pass it.

So the other day I removed my crankbolt caps from my bike to take the cranks off, fairly routine stuff. However the tops of the caps came away leaving the sides stuck in the threads, meaning I cannot fit a 15mm socket into the crank to remove it. Has anyone got any ideas, as to how I can solve this?
I was thinking maybe take a round file and go around until it fits, but I dont want to damage the crank anymore than necessary.

Considering my bike is set up for freestyle and running 36:16 speed won't be something I'll have :P
