Not listened to it, but judging from the fact the still of the video in shot is someone doing a tapped guitar solo, i'd say its definitely not hardcore.
he he. guitar looks to expensive and in tune. using an expensive amp , and more than 3 chords. drummer is not sweating and gurning enough. f word not being used frequently. nobody is shouting "i cant take it anymore". not HC.

isnt that why you ride fixed. to be able to control your bike with your legs. to build the strength in them so you have total control. isnt that the challenge ? isnt it the reason ? to make yourself stronger ?
a brake just in case. cos you never know. theres always gonna be arses in bmw's and fools in 4+4's on the phone and blonde orange bints texting in pink cars.
but if you can go a whole week or month , riding fast and hard , without ever using that brake , cos you are strong enough and smart enough - to see the accident coming , then youve done good......
...... right ?isnt it the reason ? the challenge ? the fun ?
cos it aint really that much fun unless there is some kind of risk. -

hmmmm. i remember reading a thread on here about puncture patches . i remember something about that. thing is ...... isnt super glue a bit nasty ? wont it burn and rot the rubber and eventually make it worse ?
in this day and age , with all these fancy technological advancments in geekdom , isnt there some kind of special N.A.S.A. desighned , kevlar reinforced , turbo charged , lo in fat , space age goop i can put in there ?

there is an idea that as a society we are becoming more and more domesticated and useless and obsessed with vanity with each generation. as life becomes easier for us all (in the west) as society evolves on a social and technological level. if you know what i mean.
are there human beings out there who actually amputate fingers for the sake of vanity and fashion ? have tattoos and peircings become so mainstream ?

however. some of the nicest guitars ive ever played had holes and cracks in the body.
some holes and cracks wont affect the guitars sound , nor will get worse and should be left alone.
i have a lovely little folk jobby , with a big crack in the top. its a good solid top , it wont get worse , i got it cheap because of the crack . it sounds ace. you could call my beater guitar.

its a wee trick some guitar luthiers use to fill holes. instead of using a nasty horrid epoxy resin or really harsh glue that would harm your really nice old guitar, we (cough) would use a nice kind wood glue , some sawdust - from only the finest of hardwoods of course , and use that to fill wee holes.
there is a certain art to mixing up and getting your woody sawdust woodglue goop just right. to dry it falls to bits and crumbles , to wet and it never sets.
i keep a box of very fine rosewood sawdust in me special box of guitar bits for special jobs like that.
used it to fix a nice tanglewood folk where the bridge came off about two weeks ago. its gone ok too.
tah.

so i got myself some wheels of that charming v sprint fellow.
love em.
thing is, its going to be winter soon enough. im thinking about some similair things, wheels built by someone who not only obviously loves his (or her) job , but does a damn fine job too. but , builds with wider rims for fatter knobbly tires for the dark cold wet and icy nights ahead. and if i fancy a wee bit of dirt jumping here and there.
cheers.
