How do I remove courses synced to my garmin? (without manually deleting)
Currently when I create a route in strava it automatically syncs as a course onto my garmin (810). If I then delete the course on strava, it doesnt delete on the Garmin. Is it possible to do that? Currently I have to delete the course in two places after a ride.

Ripped carpet out, floorboards look okay, couple need replacing then plan to sand them, along with the stairs.
The edge of the stairs are painted white, perhaps used to have some sort of runner down the middle.
What are the proper precautions I need to take when using a hired sander? Assuming the white paint could contain lead etc.

every few weeks I'm going to lift the tarp, remove anything I can see and hopefully continually weaken it all
@edmundro, I doubt covering it over winter does a whole lot as it's dormant then anyway isnt it?

I think the bindweed and horsetail was also much more established in the other beds that had cardboard as it turns out the area had not previously been cultivated at all...
I removed weed membrane on the walkway between the beds in the pic above as Im not a fan of weed membrane. As you say stuff still gets through and tears up the membrane and it becomes a matted mess, getting plastic everywhere.
I've probably spent 40hrs at the allotment since getting it a few months ago and not much to show for it!!

I think I was overly optimistic that covering weeds with a layer of cardboard then compost would kill them off and planted into that compost. Bindweed & Horsetail has gradually come through the cardboard as its broken down and now requires regular digging up as its between plants.
For second lot of beds, im going to just tarp it until next spring.

Was just watching his latest vid and he mentioned 'man made clouds
'(5:59)
So that took me down a rabbit hole and yeah he's posted about it previously and has an 'energy' course

Im starting to think there's something in the compost, it's that bad.
First picture - squash in an old pot of compost, potted out two weeks ago and doing great. The squash in the small pot hasn't grown at all in these two weeks and is just withering away. Wouldn't say its far too big for it's pot?
Second pic, squash in the background planted out 3 weeks ago in a bed of new compost, done fuck all. The leeks were planted out over 2 months ago as well 😂

Here's the site rep pointing at my plot, and where he actually is on the map
The rhubarb at front of shot is in a raised bed that runs the length of the red area which probably caused the confusion for the site rep. The previous owner of 110a was using the red area so hopefully it will be ok to carry on using it. Does mean I'm a bit behind looking after my actual plot.
I created a python script to grab all my data from squadrats, you can see when I first get into squadrats as I fill in the missing tiles to create a big square and so the yard area increased quite a bit..
This is completely useless data of course
