In good nick apart from the drawstring waist adjuster snapped so isnt there anymore. This is very thick and got me through most of winter last year with a baselayer, selling as it doesnt fit me and I need to fund other things..

I do plenty of tempo rides/ smash the whole 50miles etc mixed with easy rides but yeah don't do intervals sessions.
Something to do on the turbo, might as well make the turbo useful rather than just horrible

No real reason as to why I want to get faster, I just want to be a stronger rider.. Sometimes you cant be arsed to go for a ride but force yourself to go out to keep your fitness up, if I didnt care about being fast then I wouldnt bother getting out the door on days like that.
I do also want to enter a hill climb or two this season.

ok fair - I didnt think I was trained enough to have reached a point where I needed to make an effort with specific training.
My main weakness is that being lightweight @ 57kg I lack the raw power on the flats. On a 20 min climb I am 3/4 mins quicker than my mates but if I take a turn on the front (on the flat) im straight into threshold.
Im not sure what training would resolve this, other than just getting faster overall, perhaps 5 min efforts which is what I would be doing on the front..

I guess what I am getting at is that it is hard to quantify fitness improvement- however would you expect these sort of results? they seem very marginal to me. Im talking just general improvements, to be in general a better club rider.

JAN - 11
FEB - 9
MAR - 17
APR - 32
MAY - 31
JUN - 31
JUL - 30
AUG - 25chart shows power curve for May and last 6 weeks. Is it possible that I peaked by May and the rest has just been stagnating at the same level due to not increasing training?

dont think you will even be able to fit a lockring which is a fundamental issue...
given all the other issues, why bother??
It cant be for lightweight purposes as it will have 32 spokes anyway
