Whose bike is that?

Am man I wish my bike was ready for this ride!

I was pretty fucked off when they debited my account the same day for a frame I ordered, only for me to phone up a week later when it hadn't arrived to be told it wasn't in stock, and I would have to wait up to 7 days for the money to go back into my account. (The money arrived on the 7th day, as far as I am aware bank transfers take 3 days tops.)

Sure be as lazy and unresponsive as you like customer service but don't be just taking people's money, that's not right.

Looks to me that they may be basically insolvent, and keeping this money here and there is greasing the failing machine.

New custom tensiometer arrived! £85 and a damn sight better than the Park Tool piece of crap I have been using. Now all I need is an excuse to build some wheels up... :D

Please let us know if if it's good! And would a tensionometer be a help or a hindrance for a novice wheel builder?
