Autocycle and older (1960s) moped seats often used flat rails - are yours drilled at all?

Hi MrE, No the rail aren't drilled. They are pretty much identical to the ones in the picture of that strange wooden seat. This link ^ looks like it might do the job though.. Thank you so much.

If the forks are Carbon I would say you are knackered. Obviously it can't be welded. Bonded? No idea. Probably not. I don't know of anyone who makes a clamp on disc mout tab.
If you bought some ally/ steel forks you could weld on a disc tab, using your new wheel, disc and caliper as a jig. Obviously you will have checked the fork and made sure it can take the forces generated by the disc brake.
Best solution would be to buy a fork with a disc tab already on it, Checking that the geometry is suitable for you and your bike.

When riding I'm getting pain/ tinglyness along my forearm. Its a geared road bike with drops all setup ok, I think. Bar angle, etc all pretty normal.
I'm thinking: Shit gloves with little padding and they are a bit small and tight. Or maybe I need some gel inserts under the bar tape??
Any advice welcome.

Haaaaaa.
It is lovely though. Its a shame the rear wheel is in a stand. It just tips the bike up a bit and spoils the geometry for me.
