Needs to be a bung not a star nut! That’d kill the carbon steerer

Have thought about bonding a sleeve into the the steerer as I had done with the cervelos I’ve owned but also struggling to find a suitable piece of metal

Few signs of ware but in good overall condition. Worst part is the strut to the brake mount that’s chrome coating is coming off.

Outer chainring is completely worn.
Inner ring still has life.
Arms have scuffs but structurally sound

Would look great stripped and polished which was my plan with a 1x set up.
