I have found I need a stem 20mm longer for drops than I do bulls, so assuming a 90mm stem would be right with the bullhorns a 110mm with the drops should be good. Maybe give it a try with the 110mm and see if you get used to it?

I think you could just get some new inner soles for high arches?

Just one last question for the XC4's, the ones with the adjustment, is it to adjust the amount of float until you unclip or is it to make it so you have to push harder to unclip? like with SL's.

It increases the spring tension making it more difficult to twist to unclip. I have some adjustable and non adjustable atac's and I do think the adjustable ones are worth the extra cash.

I'm not really decided :/ I was going to go thomson and get a matching post but since I no longer need the post I might just black out this current stem.

Looks fun! Try some nail varnish remover on the stem, it should clean off the branding, I've just done the same with some ergonovas.

Yeah I did see them on velotech aspire, seeing as they are about twice what I paid for the frame I need to have a think about it first.

The frame is 1" and the current headset is threadless. I think it may have had a threaded fork originally, i'm not changing back though, quills are a pain.

Ha, thanks. The forks are looking a bit worse for wear in person, plus I do prefer straight blade forks, I will wait and see.

I like silver finishing kit, but it will be black to start with. I will strip down the other bike to build it up, so the kit will be omniums and phil wood/archetype wheels.

I received this Winter track frame today, i'm still not 100% what i'm going to do with it yet, I'm just going to build it first and see if I like it. I have the idea of Wound Up forks stuck in my head at the moment.

Its tig welded 531, currently setup as 1" threadless.

What about Mid Sealed BB's, I'm not from BMX background so don't know a thing about them. I understand that I can't get Square tapper in there, but what about spiders on 8 spline cranks to use 130/144BCD chainrings?

BMX bottom brackets are usually designed for either 19 or 22mm axels, if the axle is a different size its not going to work. You can get spiders for 48 spline BMX cranks, but your best bet is probably a splined sprocket like Indra said (see Tree splined sprocket).

Looks good, I think the concor will look better than the flite. Also the arrested development gifs made me laugh.

I'm not 100% sure about ergo shape bars but I don't think the top is mean't to be horizontal. Also regarding tan wall tyres have a look at Panaracer pasela's, apparently they are OK skidding. For road use I would suggest 23c or 25c; 20c on the back would not be comfortable on the road.
