Tories know better than anyone about who the "family" is and how to look after each other. Cosa Nostra stench.

Grandes Écoles (and there are many of them) are definitely not universities. Not the ones I've attended anyway.
All GE have a very selective entry process. Not based on your grades at the baccalaureat but with a very hard entry exam. To sit that exam, you will have to have been attending a prep school (very often private high schools in the largest cities only, and if you studied in the "province" or shires you're already at a disadvantage cos the concept of GE is a very Paris-centric one with all the snotty snobbishness you can imagine).
I'm surprised that Macron is able to replace the grandest of GE, the ENA where past leaders, ambassadors, prefects learn the ropes about leading and running a country, with something a little less elitist-looking at least on the surface.
What I'm not surprised about though is that he's attempting to push through more much-needed reforms.
I wonder if the sons and daughters of the bourgeois families who are going to be the ones impacted the most by this small revolution will descend sporting Dior and St Laurent-branded gilets jaunes. -

Project RCM, I'm on the third warranty. My latest mix of cleaner is 40% alcohol, 60% water, about 16 drops of Tergitol, 8 drops of X-Flo (or whatever it's called!!)
Sorry me and my record cleaning again... May I ask what qty of solution you're making with so much Tergitol at once ? Is that for 2 litres perhaps?
The seller I bought from recommends 2 drops for 500ml solution (400ml distilled water + 100ml rubbing alcohol). -

I am toying with the idea of swapping my estate for a van. Am I mad?
The main draw is to be able to have a large vehicle when over in France (once that's possible again) to furnish/diy around our holiday home.
Will insurance and road tax be crippling? I know about ULEZ extension and don't really plan to drive too much into the forbidden area.
Currently paying about £110 a month combined for insurance and tax. -

I've found the Tergitol on ebay (just bought a bundle with the 15-S-3 and 15-S-9 ).
However cannot find that X-flo product anywhere.
My previous mix was based on Ilfotol I believe (ebay sourced again).
Shall I get another wetting agent or is that Tergitol stuff enough by itself?
The seller recommends a couple of drops from each solution added into alcohol and distilled water. -

Thanks sharing @Airhead
I look forward to seeing more from them. Looks very interesting. -
This is my "set up".
I hardly used the (expensive) Tonar Wetgoat brush.
The 2 black records airers were purchased from Analogue Seduction.
The most important tool is my paint pad (brand "Monarch" iirc, off Homebase) and those "superior" micro-fibre towels (Amazon).
The rack has been a big improvement (6 slots) too compared to having just those 2 airers.I'm a total convert to cleaning my records and won't play nowadays a second-hand record unless it's been cleaned.

Which nation is gonna say "your tunnel, your shit" first?
I'm sad to see many of things I could enjoy and were real life experiences taken away, stuff like Erasmus, Free Movement, Eye and Mind opening overseas Travel. Now it's all building walls, having the right paperwork, paying more from everything. How depressing
