Anyone in the town centre got the gear to remove the cups and fit a new threaded headset?

I've tried the trusty hammer and screwdriver to remove the old ones but I dont want to damage anything and figured best to get it done properly with the correct tools!

It's not with the stem so missing. If you already have a quill stem on the bike it will fit this one.

Yep it has both bolts, would appear its missing the little bit from the bottom.
