You just have to be careful, certain brands use butter and things but plenty don't. By dodgy I meant more "full of sugar and other bad stuff"

In seriousness though I feel like it's been fairly healthy, no rapid drops, just fairly continual weight loss due to a much improved diet (being vegan has made me have to think a lot more about what I'm eating to ensure that I don't get ill). Like I said I exercise a lot more now, I used to be a total sloth, rarely ever getting any exercise whatsoever, but now just getting out on the bike, even if its only less than 5 miles a day in the week has made a huge difference.

I've lost about 25kg in the last couple of years and gained a decent bit of muscle, due to cycling a lot more and changing from a vegetarian to vegan diet. I've sort of stalled in the last few months, hovering around 68-70kg, I reckon I could do with getting to around 60 because I'm a short arse and I definitely still look a bit on the chubby side. I could do with cycling a bit more and eating way less carbs. Being vegan I find it really hard to find decent food to eat "out and about", I need to plan a bit better I think, take healthy food with decent amounts of protein and less carbs, it's just too easy to pick up a packet of crisps or a dodgy flapjack instead of eating properly. I also drink way too much, not helped by workin in a bar. I'm going with the theory that if I tell people what I want to do I'm more likely to get off my arse and do it!

having said that, mine wasn't far off that. I may have got a bit carried away with all the extras...

the dropouts do look nicer but if I was looking for a knock around/beater, the increase in price would definitely put me off I think!

I'll just get a guitar string an a fountain pen cartridge and polish it off myself I reckon.

I sort of wish she'd finished the session with it looking symmetrical, ha ha. Especially because I definitely can't afford another session any time soon.
