Geo is fine for me on a 59 at 6'1". I've 34' inseam and long arms. Although my steerer is cut all the way down. Fits lovely for me. With 20cm of seat post showing as well.

Think there must be something wrong with the clap, the top part can be 'pulled' away, so it wouldn't clap sideways as it would be pulled by the weight of the bike. Not sure what's up with it.
