Bit of a long shot I know, but if anyone has or knows where there is one available let me know. I used to have this deck over 2Oyrs ago and loved it.
I know there have been a lot of SC decks reissued, but I'm not sure if they did the Toyoda?I also know the NOS ones went for stupid prices a few years back, but I don't want one badly enough to spend hundreds on it. It's just a plank at the end of the day. :]
Ideally I'm after the dark grey stained version but beggars cannae be choosers.
Thanks!

So where is the next list? Need to put my name on it...hate bloody waiting lists!
Before anybody asks though, I think the 8 'non list' pouches are all accounted for too.
THIS^^^
I also hate lists, so once I have more to sell I will post that they are ready to avoid having a list sitting in the thread for weeks like last time.

Can anybody enlighten me about the belts? Quite keen on something that would give my violet pouch a little better support - is that what they do?
The belts are double thick hardcore webbing on the side where the pouches sit, and they use a 2" cobra buckle.
They offer better support than a regular belt in that they don't 'scrunch up'...but obviously if it's threaded through your trousers then a heavy pouch can still pull on them. -

Sorry folks...my internet has been off for over a week so I've been unable to post or reply to emails.
I have the first 5 Violet pouches sitting finished on my bench right now, with another 13 not far from being done, so if the first 5 names on the list could get in touch with me please to arrange collection and payment that would be great.
The rest should be ready by the weekend.VIOLET POUCHES

Who would be up for doing DD the revenge?
Get a train out to nearby in the afternoon, cycle to the beach, eat a hearty meal at the pub and set off to come home at around 7 or 8 pm.?
Myself and Citygent were discssing this the other day, you get all the good stuff -seaside, ride etc) but when it finishes you are near your house, can get clean, have a bite to eat and curl up in crisp sheets without waiting ages.
The main differences would be fewer cyclists, the lack of feed stop. But as we start to approach London in the morning I believe the service stations etc would be open so it would not be such a problem.
Also people have hopefully now realised, the contents of a nuclear fallout shelter do not need to be strapped to your bike for a 120 mile pootle.
Why not ride back during daylight hours and get to actually appreciate all the beautiful scenery you go past?
-
Or why not take a pen and paper and write your own book?
In all seriousness....write down all the details of your day in the saddle...where you went, changes in weather, places you passed, people you met, wildlife you saw. Spend some time at the end of the day noting it down so that later you can put it together into something others can read as well as yourself.
You might be glad you did in years to come. -

Foot retention or not, fixed riders have been 'coasting' downhill like that since the start.
Back when scorching was popular, fixed offroaders and fixed road riders....That was one of the most common ways to get down mountain passes at a decent speed.
He has two brakes so can control his speed....he can then get his feet back onto the pedals easily as he has flats. There are far more dangerous practices in fixed riding happening in every city. Like brakeless riding by riders who are clearly not competent to ride that way.
Also, why do people immediately assume that if you have two brakes then you may as well ride free?
Fixed wasn't invented to allow you to remove a back brake and skid....just incase anyone has forgotten that.Has he crashed yet, or shown any signs of doing so whilst coasting this way? If not it's his business really no?

Website should be up very soon...albeit with only the three products on at the moment, but at least it'll be clickable and readable. :]
The Indigo pouch is slightly bigger as it is constructed more like a mini messenger bag. It doesn't have the secondary flap on the outside as it was initially aimed at working couriers who would already be carrying a bag, but needed a place to keep their XDA's and other items they needed regular and quick access to. They do feature a cobra buckle with elastic strap though so can still hold a stowaway jacket or similar under the flap.
I'll put up proper info and pics of these once the first batch is made. You might even see one at the Hillclimb tomorrow in the prize pile. ;]
My life has always been a crisis...not just the part in the middle.
