They can be a compleat arse to fit first time, I found the instruction video on their site a bit helpful - more so with the adjustments, but it did take a few goes.

That said, I was running 23c tyres and the fit was already really tight.

I like the idea of RibMo's or Pasela's, thinking 32c is the widest I can sensibly go for but I'd like 35c if it's possible.

Used Collect+ for the first time as couldn't be arsed with their terrible couriers. Huge box, one tiny bag of Haribo, I wished for more.

More annoyed that they sent me a pair of Kool Stops and a Zoggs Fogbuster lens cleaner rather than the two pairs of Kool Stops. Polite email sent with photo evidence (including the gobbled empty Haribo bag).

They say water resistant but I've never had any get in (unless it's dripped down inside from my legs) the bottoms are completely covered too. Doesn't add any insulation for winter so not as suitable as neoprene but then these mean you can wear any old shoe.

You do look like a bit of an idiot in them but I take them off as soon as I've locked up my bike, and better than having soggy wet feet for the rest of the day.

The SG75 are NJS approved aka Campagnolo thread/sizes so have always been ISO as far as I know.

Sounds like the situation you'd expect with a JIS crank on an ISO spindle - resulting in the crank being ~4.5mm closer - but then they're both ISO so that's odd.

If it was an Italian BB I'd say you'd put the cups in the wrong way around, but that's not true either, so I'm clutching at straws...

I've got the CR720's, they work fine, not quite as good as my road calipers (SRAM Apex) but can't really fault them.

I looked at the Shimano's too and went for the Tektro's for the same reason you're thinking of them - they're black.

7:50 Departures to London Bridge now fucked. Have to resort to Overground and 47 bus from Canada Water to get to work, Overground quiet, bus was fine

6/10 - could have been much worse.
10/10 - overhearing all the people asking TFL staff why the Jubilee Line wasn't running
