I bought them as 27s, but I had looked at this and thought that the front looked bigger... perhaps the back was missold as a 700.. is there an easy way to measure? I know that the difference is only 4mm or so.
Maybe was mean for 650c front?

From the research done I know this is possible, but what will be the effects from it will be?
I have a sloping top tube frame for 700c front and rear but i really want to try some 650c front. i understand that this will help me reduced toe overlap(correct me if im wrong)
can someone point me in the right direction and if they have a spare fork even better.
