The lad who cheated in the podium 5k appears to have deleted his Strava account this morning.
I agree @Retro_bastard, what is the point of cheating in virtual racing - it doesn't go on Po10 so it is just a bit of fun. All it has meant for me is that it is easier to push that bit harder than if you are simply doing a session.

Interesting team tactics. Ours has ended up being more egalitarian. One of our fastest runners is only doing 6. Good luck.
The lockdown circuits I have added to my weekly routine have battered my legs so I also am in mini taper mode for the weekend.

Managed to do a run I have wanted to do since lockdown started this morning - in to Central London. I definitely wasn't the only person with the idea of exploring a quiet Central London. It was nice being able to go down the big streets without dodging anyone.
I think the overall record is long gone. It will still be a great effort to complete it.
