Not sure of a normal price but I paid £340 for my 2013 caad10. But there was quite a few scratches to the paint. Other than that though, good condition.
So not sure if I get a very good price or the one you are looking at is asking for too much.

The strap has gotten a little hairy from use but hasn't thinned.
Small scuff on the rubberised pocket on the front under the flap.
Otherwise it's in great condition.

As the title suggests... 11 speed Campagnolo Athena Power-Torque chainset, 53/39t. 172.5mm length.
53t has some signs of wear but still has life left and 39t looks almost new.

Drive side bearing installed and is smooth.
No rubbing to the crank arms.

Asking for £70.

Willing to post but prefer collection.

I'd say save me some but reckon there will be enough to go around.
