If not for the weight benefits of carbon cages why did you buy them?

Asking what they weigh is a pretty relevant question IMHO...

I bought them as the looked nicer than metal ones and the price was good.

I was not worried about the weight, if I was I would just use a smaller water bottle ;-)

Just back from a 300 miles cycle to France with these holders - the quality is good, the price is exeptional...
If you're worrying about the weight, you shouldn't even have bottle cages...

One of my workmates has just purchased a spanking new 2012 Condor bike - he's ridden it for about 300 miles and now already wants to upgrade the groupset...

So he asked me to put something up to see if there was any interest in his Tiagra complete groupset.

He's after £250 seeing the condition and he also has the Condor receipt.

172.5mm arms, double, 10 speed, 12-25, english thread BB, all fitted by Condor (and will also be removed by Condor).

I looked everywhere, I cannot find it...
Do you happen to have one going spare? Ideally black to go with the pile of spacers I will fit.

Unit Lost was looking for one in case the sale falls through

This weekend is good - going to Herne Hill 10am to 12noon so could do pick up at 12.30 sharp

I've put these on Gumtree freecycle and about 20 people promised me they would come and pick up over the last 7 days.
No one turned up, loads of really good excuses & phones turned off - what a bunch of fuck nuggets.

They are the worst - I've ordered a few parts from them earlate last year, I was after the leather 5Bling gloves but I added a few cheap parts to the order to make the P&P charges seem less harsh.

Surprise surprise, the 'half price' gloves were sold out (although still showing as available on their website even after they contacted me) and in the end I could only get 1 used 15T sprocket for which I paid £5 + £3.50 P&P.

After waiting over 3 weeks for that one sprocket to arrive, they finally said that 'it was lost in the post' (I think they never really sent it) so they got another 15T used sprocket back to me (I wonder how many used 15T sprockets they stock).

After another 3 weeks later, no sign of the second sprocket they sent. Another 'lost in post' apparently.

Best part of 3 month down the line, I finally receive that bloody sprocket in the shittiest used padded enveloppe, covered in brown tape.

So... My advice, avoid at all cost!
