Get out and shoot more. Ask for tips on here, there's a load of people that will help you out.
There's some good photography books that will teach you about subjects that kind of thing and the photography basics but the majority of it is better learnt yourself by doing it.
I'd describe digital darkroom as the work done after you've taken a picture not the actual capturing process what one is it you need help with?
Thanks man, I kind of suspected that was the answer. Any book recommendations would be good.
I think i mean photoshop/lightroom techniques. I know you can't polish a turd but I feel i could do with knowing a bit more but it's a bit daunting knowing where to start.

I've UTFS but couldn't find the answer.
Has anyone ever been on a good, preferably not horrifically expensive (say sub £100) photography or 'digital darkroom' courses that they would recommend? Based in london, preferably either evenings or weekends. If not are there any good books to get one started or should I just take my camera and teach myself?
I have a camera, i have a vague understanding about how it works and even a basic grasp of aperture, shutter speed, ISO and all that stuff (I told you it was vague). But by golly my photos are cack. Should I just go out and practise a bit more? Are there any forumengers who offer classes?
How the fuck am i supposed to be a hipster if i can't even take a photo?
pleaseandthankyou.

Well done Lucas and your ilk.
Cyclists will all be riding with number plates strapped to our steeds in a few years time because of dickheads like you.
Lucas Brunelle - YOU ARE A FUCKING STUPID CUNT.
I doubt that a few alley-cats that take place relatively infrequently will change much. More likely that the red light jumping/pavement riding cyclist that you see everyday will have more of an impact.

there also seems to be a market stall on kingsland road (between englefield road and middleton road - south of dalston junction) that has fuck loads of bike wheels for sale and the odd bike.
(apologies to the stall holder if they're genuine)
Welcome to London my friend. It truly is a shithole.....
Sorry to hear this. Read the what to do if your bike is stolen page for advice but looking at your bike and seeing that you are in E15 I would head down to brick lane market tomorrow morning about 10am and trawl around the pikey stalls on Sclater st for it. If you are lucky it will show up in the next couple of weekends. Also keep your eyes peeled on Chatsworth rd, Clapton and London fields E9. Good luck.
