First Food thread boast post: Spicing beef atm for a trad Irish dish on Boxing Day. Got 2 x 2kg hunks of silverside in the fridge with sugar all over it. Will brine later in solution of various Christmassy spices & saltpetre. Then a slow cook and cool until the buffet. Fuck I'm excited.
For the big day itself: another huge hunk of gammon, for a sweet glazed ham. Dunno what accompaniments yet though, but I do plan to have leftovers & fried eggs for breakfast for days if not weeks afterward.
Last night I made pulled pork belly - slow cooked for ~4 hours. Tonight's a visit to MEATmarket. I might be overdoing it on the meat.

ponder this: i quite honestly couldn't give a rats cock what you or anyone else does on your bike, nor do i care what kind of bike you ride or what you wear whilst riding it. you can ride with one thumb up your ass whilst singing On Top Of Old Smokey wearing nothing but your birthday suit and necklace of ears for all the fucks i give. It's none of my fucking business and anything less than that just makes you, or anyone else for that matter, sound like a judgmental fannywizard.

Edwardes was the first shop I went to after moving to London and almost immediately having a crash that left my forks bent and front wheel buckled. The salesman sized me up, briefly ran a finger around the join between HT and TT and said 'yeah, your bike's fucked, buy a new one'. He was wrong. Asshole.
