The cables on the left go off to a spur that I want to remove as it is currently above where a new sink will be fitted. Am I correct in thinking that I can just trim the cables coming from the top and out to the spur, replace the cables coming back from the spur with these? All external from wall so nothing will be left behind.

I'm in the process of negotiating a lease on a commercial space. I have negotiated the terms I want in regard to length, duration and price and now have a draft copy of the contract. Any chance someone on this thread could recommend a solicitor to look over this? You will be repaid with my involvement in this thread of 5000 sq ft, mostly DIY renovation! Cheers

I would consider within the UK only, as I have a proper box + packing materials knocking around at the moment.
I would want the postage costs covered with insurance to full value and Paypal fee. Imagine this will total around an extra £20ish but please PM if interested and I'll get an accurate quote.

SOLD.
Purchased from here recently and unused since. Original sales thread: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/299044/
Was saving these for a summer build and my first foray into tubs, however due to being struck down with cold/flu twice in as many months and currently working on temp contracts, I need to fill the holes in my bank account and worry about the wheels once bills are paid :(
Exceptionally light, buttery smooth bearings, brake tracks in great condition and perfectly true.
I completed the lengthy task of collecting from the south coast, so you just have to turn up at N4 with £200 (what I paid) and they're yours.

So i started to remove the casing to clean brushes/check inside the old motor I posted previously (https://www.lfgss.com/comments/13408101/).
I noticed that one of the cables is not connected. underneath the dirt, this cable is green, which I believe to be an earth cable, on the left hand side of the below photo which I assume attaches to the motor casing via the bolt at the far left judging by the bits of fraed cable trapped in it. Could it be a simple case of reconnecting this? If it is, is there any risk of electrocuting myself when doing this? ie. is this a point I need to get a pro in?

SOLD.
Picked this up on here a while back. Used for a month or so before switching to an Ortlieb 30L due to amount of stuff I had to carry at the time. Shows signs of use but these are bombproof.
As per the original sales thread, the rubber badge has been removed: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/288580/#comment13049895. I wrote to Chrome who kindly sent me out a new one which I will include if you want to sew/glue it on (+ a sticker).
Had some grand plans to dye it black and wax/coat it somehow, but recently got hold of a black one on here so time to move it on.
Would like to get back what I paid: £35 collected from N4.

SOLD
I have these wheels which have done approx 2k miles which are surplus to requirements.
Few small nicks to edge of rims - the worst 2 of which are pictured on the front wheel.
Rear has 2-3mm anodising missing from a misaligned pad.
9/10/11 Campagolo freehub (cassette will be whipped off before being sold).
Stickers are tatty and faded so probably best removed.
True to within 1mm.
Smooth Bearings.
Small amount of concavity but loads of miles left in them; front is a bit worse than the rear.
No skewers.£50 collected from N4.
More or less my thoughts, although going to have some crap wheels to start with until I order some shallow china carbon.
The theme for the build is 'no black aluminium' so need to figure out what to do for an FD. Will get the Chorus one for the moment but probably change for Athena 11 or Record 10 ti. Might also change shifters for Record 10 carbon and plant the 11 speed ratchet ring inside ;)
