Monmouth roast some excellent coffees. They sold the best Kenyan I've ever tasted a couple of years back.

Always good quality. Don't think I've ever had a duff Monmouth coffee.

No, in my experience. Fitted 28 duranos to my genesis day one a few months ago and I now can't use my road racer guards.

Halfords do plain cheap ones as well.

^ The A140 section in North Norfolk is won't be the nicest of roads if traffic is heavy (although doable). You could just divert though Erpingham & Aldborough instead?

^^Cutting won't kill it; in fact it'll make them grow more. Trim it gently, taking out dead leaves and branches and also any leaves were they are overlapping a lot to promote air flow.

Well sure the same is true for independent coffee shops if you find a hungover barista.

Bean quality is still likely to be better at an independent IMO though.

I had a macchiato from a Costa franchise in a Tesco's last week. I knew it would be shit (and I could of had a tea to stave off the headaches) but thought lets see..............it was shit.

I put my gloves down while locking up last night and forgot to pick them up - by the time I realised, they were long gone. Riding home gloveless was horrible, I made it just over a mile before I lost feeling in several fingers.

So now I need new winter gloves. What's the consensus? I don't want very expensive ones, as did I mention I just managed to lose my last ones... I need something warmer than the defeet woolly ones/sealskinz all weather/whatever else I've tried.
