I'm just gonna do a meatloaf and a couple of stuffings this year, ICBF with porchetta. I'm Mr Keto now so should really be going for a full meat extravaganza but not feeling it.
But I will be eating my body weight in prawns, our mate's husband fishes the bay on his trawler, we get the pick of the catch!

Completely out of the blue my sciatica has come back this week, I haven't had it in over 10 years. It's manageable right now, numbness/discomfort going down my left leg as opposed to actual pain, but still annoying and it's most uncomfortable when I'm driving.
Looks like I'm back on the exercises from today.

I've had to use Dubai as a connection to Europe the last two times I've been over, I've hated the experience and myself for doing it but it was the cheapest way to travel. I've decided I'm gonna pay more and fly with someone else next time, practice what you preach, vote with your feet, etc. Why would anyone wanna spend time in the place? It's awful.

Ah, no such luck over here in the colonies, mine cost me AU$3k. 💸
I work with a young man who is now on CPAP therapy. He was always falling asleep in my car or on public transport and struggling to breathe, snoring, etc. I convinced his mum to get him a sleep test and it's turned his life around. He's seeing more benefits than I have and he's only been on it for a few months. Typical. He got a free machine because he's disabled and on benefits.

I eat them all the time. Coincidentally, tonight I had creamed cauliflower and mushrooms with Konjac noodles for dinner. It was great!
The wide Konjac noodles are my favourites but they contain way more carbs than the thin ones for some reason. Delicious with curries or even with a rich Italian ragu. Obvs needs heaps of pecorino, not very pasta like but still good.
Think I'm gonna treat myself to that blow off valve this Christmas. And these. 🔊👀
