Do you have OSA as well? Join the club. I can thoroughly recommend the Resmed Airsense 11. Took me about 8mths to get used to it, can't say I'm enamoured with the whole CPAP thing (I hated it for the first six months) but I do feel much healthier for it. Still feel sleepy tho' nowhere near as bad as I did before.

TBTF There's only one guy that drives into tornadoes on purpose, these other people are generally getting their windscreens knocked out by large hail. A hail core is easy to spot but sometimes they choose to 'punch the core' to get into a better position to view the storm. And then shattered glass everywhere.
Those guys in the first video found themselves in a very strange and unlucky situation. They got trapped, they weren't trying to get into the circulation, quite the opposite, they were trying to get away from it. Aussie YouTube guy got caught in the 2013 El Reno tornado as well, he made it out alive tho', check his vid.

I guess tornados are something I’ve never given much thought to living my whole life in the southern uk..
I've been obsessed with them forever. I even dream about them. Check these out.

A window or a tyre going is always gonna be a surprise, right? 😋 Some of these guys and gals do put themselves in harm's way, especially driving through massive gorilla hail storms or crazy high speed straight line winds, maybe some of the histrionics are for our viewing benefit?
I find Reed Timmer to be a massive tart when the cameras are on. There's also another guy who gets so excited when he sees a tornado that he loses all control and his fellow passengers have to tell him to STFU. Especially when people may be getting injured or killed, it isn't a good look. He's a prick of the highest order.

There are massive hydraulic spikes that deploy into the ground when the Dominator's in intercept mode. It seems pretty stable but he won't chuck it in the path of a really big tornado, he picks his fights.
I promised myself I'd start storm chasing in Oz but I haven't made it happen yet. No time! It's nothing like Tornado Alley but it can get pretty spectacular in the summertime. 🌪️⚡
That said, we had a waterspout miss our place by about 50 metres a few years back. We were eating dinner during a storm and were interrupted by what sounded like a freight train going past outside. It wasn't until the next day that we realised what had happened, the damage path was pretty intense for a little waterspout.

My mate was telling me about this today, one of his staff walked past the body on the way in to work. Made it sound like he'd been lying in the street for a while, I have no idea.
I lived on St Matthew's Road in the mid-noughties, one weekend we had two fatal knife attacks in two separate incidents on the same night, not a smart place to be when the clubs kicked out. Absolute mayhem most weekends.

It's all being smuggled into Australia by Iraqi gangsters, I have no doubt it's all absolute muck. The cigs look legit, from Vietnam and other SE Asian countries as well as loads of weird Chinese brands. All cheap as chips in their countries of origin, but you're right, they could all be fake as well.

Where I live a legit packet of cigs is AU$30-$40. The illegal vape/ciggie shops that have popped up only charge $10-$12 for a packet of Marlboro Lights. Imported from Asia, ~$2 per pack retail in their nation of origin so the tobacco smugglers must be paying pennies for them and making a fortune.
Loose tobacco arrives in huge bales from China, it's packed and sealed into 30g pouches and costs $10. It's the only way a lot of people I know (musicians and people living with disabilities on benefits) can afford to smoke.

It isn't mountain climbing, guyz. These are people driving within the speed limit on normal paved roads (for the most part, anyway). They're generally keeping a safe and sensible distance from the storm, out of the bear's cage (where the crazy shit happens).
Again, these guys got unlucky, they got caught out and found themselves trapped by downed power lines without an escape route. Really shit luck but there you go, it could've been way, way worse and they escaped with their lives because Zombie Jesus.
In the case of Twistex, they got caught in the largest and most powerful tornado in history, it was over two miles wide, they were in a 2WD sedan driving down a road and were thrown half a mile by 300mph winds. That particular storm was travelling very, very quickly and changed direction suddenly catching a lot of very smart people out in the process.
Storms are unpredictable and once in a while something will go wrong because that's the odds. These are just weather dorks driving thousands of miles taking photos and videos to subsidise their passion. Unlike Reed Timmer, they don't want to drive right into the eye of a storm but just get as close as they safely can, get their kicks, their video, their photos and then get the fuck out of Dodge.

A couple of roles ago I had seven hours of scheduled meetings per week in my diary. This got topped up with a few more, obvs, it was ludicrous. We got merged, I resigned almost immediately. Right after I got my merger bonus anyway. 😋
