I noticed an improvement when I got put on the Amlodipine, that came a few years after starting on the Ramipril. My BP randomly went up again so needed more meds.
I have obstructive sleep apnea as well which may have contributed but now that I'm on therapy there hasn't been a BP decrease. So who knows? I've done everything I can to reduce stress in my life now I just need to drop a few kgs.
But TBH I feel shit most of the time. That's just old age. 🤣

Easy to control with medication, I'm on Amlodipine and Ramipril. Mine came on very suddenly around nine years ago, everything was totally normal then it decided to jump up. Nothing had changed with my health/diet/etc, it seems to be a hereditary thing. Was fortunate that it was picked up almost straight away, I've been on the tablets ever since.

I was back in the UK recently and reconnected with an old school friend. He caught covid two years ago and has been fucked ever since. Career down the toilet, on benefits and with very little medical or psychological support moving forward.
It's a fucking disgrace and shows how close to losing everything you are if your health suddenly fails. Unless you're very wealthy the safety net doesn't seem to exist.

Peroxide paste applied to midsole, cover with clingfilm, leave in the sun for a day. Wow. Such clean. I bought a sneaker specific paste in a bottle but I believe it's just bog standard hydrogen peroxide.
Works really well but seems to yellow again very quickly IME. I did it on some old Dunks/AJ1s years ago.

You seen the Squier Esquire Deluxe doing the rounds at the minute? Very sexy. Single (probably not wide range) humbucker. But not a traditional Tele.
Mexican Teles are great, I just got one a little while ago and it rips.
