Lent my polo bike to Alfie for a year and now the cartridge bearings in my rear wheel have exploded and the outside case is wedged in the hub - I put some pics in this thread: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/315014/#comment14024046.

Does anyone have a 26" rear wheel which I can buy? I'm out of polo until I can get a replacement unfortunately and don't have the tools at the moment to rebuild the wheel. If anyone could help me out that'd be great.

The cartridge bearing in my hub has come into bits as I've tried to take it apart and the outer casing is stuck in the hub. I've tried heating it up and levering it with a screwdriver to no avail. Anyone got any bright ideas?
