it seems dificult to find a high end modern track frame with a tt longer than 57cm, this has 58cm tho 59cm would be ideal. -

Have to say I agree ^ nice cranks but if you polish in my experience it means you've lost the anodising and there's nothing to stop the alloy oxidizing. Plus for less than that money you can buy both Campag super or Nuovo record from Hilary Stone, possibly not as pretty but Sugino road were always cheaper.. Sorry but there it is..
Having said all that some people go mad over Sugino
Campag didnt anodize their cranks & hubs back in the day anyway so thats irrelevant. Sugino were cheaper but better imo, Japanese have the best forging. not as pretty is subjective as in a lot cases all thats different is the logo/badge.

admittedly beautifully polished, but i've picked up three of these beauties on the bay - each for less than £40. just saying....

I only have the more expensive b123 bars, if they are both chrome but 1 is missing the cromo stamp then my statement above is wrong.

cr-mo is the steel material, the shine comes from the chrome platting. the nitto steel b123 is made from cr-mo but not chrome plated, nearly certain of this. ie there are 2 steel b123's of equal stiffness, 1 is prettier
