Clearly it's valuable? First off it's not unheard of that signatories aren't genuine - the post service itself can forge them to try and account for deliveries. If you're able to confirm that one of the tenants is in fact responsible for signing, you're in a position of not accusing, but confirming with proof they've received your goods. Hopefully you know their names and can match it to the signature.
Does anybody have experience with adidas cycling shoes? Does their sizing match that of sidis? I'm lusting after a pair which are 1 above my standard size but considering taking a punt.
In the past* Adidas had a rep for unusually narrow shoes. This may no longer be the case.

So if you're sliding off the front, do you not want to move you saddle forwards, closer to the bars, rather than backwards, away from the bars? If you're struggling to keep your toes on the pedals as well, could you try lowering your saddle? I'm a bit baffled to be honest... Think we need a photo of you riding the bike (or for someone to give you advice after seeing you ride in the real world...)
Overall, I still think that if ALL of crankgirl moved back on the bike she would be more comfortable. She just needs to move further back in the handlebar department than the saddle. Crankgirl, there's something called a seat sandwich that allows a double-railed saddle to be used with any modern post.

oh my
Fantastic. Reminds me of the Hungarian animated film "The District".
If you don't get the reference or don't know the film, get it, definitely worth a sitting. -
