i take it you've tried oil and acid and stuff like that already.
Maybe for the next step try
- heating it up, then let it cool and try again
- or put the post in a vice and use the frame as leverage
Last resort is to cut it off just above the seat clamp and use a hacksaw blade down the hole. When you've cut through lengthways roll it up using some big grippers and pull it out
